Seth has worked as a chef in the hospitality industry for over 15 years. He has experience of working in Michelin Star establishments in addition to leading teams to achieve AA Rosettes in both London and the home counties. Seth is passionate about working with locally sourced produce to create fresh, innovative dishes and he looks forward to welcoming you to the Royal Oak.
